I used to be a yoga teacher with ZERO experience in Prenatal Yoga. But when I got pregnant myself, I became curious immediately and started researching. Here's what I realized:

(3) When you look for dedicated prenatal yoga programs online you quickly realized that there isn't any course that gives you a broad range of practices that are engaging, effective and educational all at once.


But that's exactly what I wanted (and felt like I needed) for my pregnancy. As I got tired of searching, I decided to become a certified prenatal yoga teacher and build classes for myself.
